Stephen Pappas

Steve is a Senior Associate at JM Zell, where he has assisted nonprofit organizations, institutions, and private sector corporations with their real estate needs including market research, asset valuation, and financial analyses. He also assists licensed brokers with lease and purchase transactions for JM Zell’s tenant representation clients. Steve graduated with honors from The University of Maryland Smith School of Business, College Park, earning his B.S. in Finance. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the District of Columbia and Virginia.
