Stephen Levine

Stephen Levine joined Newmark in 2020 as Executive Managing Director in the firm’s Industrial and Logistics Services division. A 26-year commercial real estate veteran, Stephen focuses on account management and business development, specializing in consulting services, strategic planning, transaction management and financial structuring. His significant experience and unique expertise allow him to develop real estate strategies that reduce cost, increase efficiency and mitigate risk for his clients. In addition, Stephen’s legal and financial backgrounds help him advise clients of all sizes, across many industries and of varying levels of complexity or sophistication. Prior to Newmark, Stephen spent much of his career at Savills, where he most recently served as Corporate Managing Director of the Miami office. In this capacity, he focused exclusively on office and industrial tenant representation and advisory for clients such as UNFI, Amadeus North America, Podhurst Orseck P.A. and Norwegian Cruise Lines.
