Stephen Lapierre

Stephen focuses on site selection and tenant representation for retail and quick service restaurant clients, both national and regional. In assisting clients with their expansion efforts, Stephen identifies new sites for development as well as infill redevelopment opportunities in high-growth markets. In his previous role at Ackerman Retail, he specialized in the disposition of single and multi-tenant retail properties, working with his clients to identify unique opportunities for acquisition, disposition and development of high-quality retail assets in markets across the Southeast U.S. Prior to joining Ackerman & Co., Stephen worked at Lee & Associates, where he focused on investment sales of single-tenant retail properties and manufactured housing communities. He started his career at Glenwood Development Co., representing landlords in the leasing of power shopping centers in the Atlanta area.
