Stephen Koldyke

Steve Koldyke is an Executive Vice President with CBRE's Advisory & Transaction Services, specializing in industrial, air cargo and value office leasing in the Great Southwest/Arlington and D/FW Airport submarkets of Dallas/Fort Worth. Mr. Koldyke has a comprehensive understanding of the two submarkets and the tenants/landlords, allowing him to build close relationships with local prospective. Before the merger between CBRE, INC. and Trammell Crow Company (TCC), Mr. Koldyke was a member of TCC’s industrial leasing team, which he joined after receiving his MBA, with a concentration in real estate finance, from The University of Texas. Prior to joining TCC, Mr. Koldyke was with The Staubach Company, where he was a part of Corporate Advisory Services and National Accounts. Before working at Staubach, Mr. Koldyke was a senior consultant with Deloitte Consulting focusing on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software installations and integrating with new business processes.
