Stephen House

Mr. House has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1981. His experience includes the development and re-development of over $70 million in office and retail properties. He has been responsible for the leasing and management of a portfolio of properties which served over 450 businesses in the Birmingham market. Mr. House joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Eyster Properties in 1999 and specializes in tenant representation, investment sales, fee development and leasing. He is a graduate of Auburn Univeristy with B.S. and M.S. degrees.
