Stephen M. Holmquist is the active Owner and Broker of Holmquist Property Management Inc. Stephen started his Commercial Real Estate career in 1982, selling vacant land in Pinellas County for commercial development. In 1986 he began to lease and manage retail shopping centers in the Tampa Bay area. In 1992 Holmquist Property Management Inc. opened its doors for business with 7 retail shopping centers that Stephen managed from 1986 - 1992. Today, Holmquist Property Management Inc. manages 23 commercial retail shopping centers in the Tampa Bay area for the same clients that Stephen has had for the past 33 years.
