Stephen Garland

Since 2003 Stephen began his real estate career in the commercial real estate, residential, and large acreage sales arena for development, recreation, and income opportunities. Stephen's experience from a background in finance, investments, and estate planning helps him to evaluate his clients risks and rewards. Stephen has recently helped in the development of large scale medical offices, hardware stores, and restaurant sites for several clients trusting him to get the job done quickly and on time. Stephen is a graduate of Winthrop University and member of Sigma Nu Fraternity. Father of one son James and married for 29 years to his wife Katherine and enjoys living on the Eastside of Spartanburg. Stephen attends Westminster Presbyterian Church where he pursues opportunities as a part time preacher and teacher in the Peruvian jungles of the Amazon region since 2007. It is the goal of the company to help anyone with buying or selling all types of real estate. The company and Stephen offer a full service real estate firm for any needs that may arise.
