Stephen Duplantis
Stephen D. DuPlantis, MAI, joined Newark Knight Frank in 2017 as executive managing director - national valuation & advisory co-lead to help drive the development of the firm's new valuation practice. Prior to Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. DuPlantis worked for 21 years as senior managing director of CBRE's South Central Region, which comprised Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. Mr. DuPlantis' commercial appraisal assignments have included multihousing, office, industrial and retail properties. He has also appraised numerous other special-purpose properties including senior care facilities, golf courses, self-storage facilities and hotels/motels.
