Stephen Dahlem

Stephen is the founder and principal of Steele Commercial, LLC. Prior to founding Steele Commercial, Stephen was with The Lundy Group, Inc., a Raleigh, NC based real estate firm, most recently serving as Vice President of Development and Brokerage.Additionally, Stephen held roles with North View Partners and Morisey Commercial, both of Raleigh, as a multi-family and strip center developer respectively. During his free time he serves on the board of directors of The Green Chair Project, a Raleigh, NC based nonprofit, and on the board of the North Carolina Freedom Park. He can otherwise be found at Lake Gaston, on the tennis court or golf course, or enjoying a glass of wine with friends and family. Stephen holds a Masters in Business Administration from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School with concentrations in Corporate Finance, Real Estate Finance, and Real Estate Development. He earned is BS degree from Elon University, Cum Laude. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and is ARGUS DCF Certified.
