After fourteen years as a highly successful appraiser, Stephen J. Cook II joined Newmark’s Greater Philadelphia Industrial brokerage team as Associate Director. Stephen’s primary area of attention is the I-81/78 Corridor, where he will bolster both the owner and occupier service lines. Prior to joining the industrial brokerage team, Stephen was First Vice President with Newmark’s Valuation & Advisory team for the past 4 years. With over fourteen years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience. Stephen’s primary specialty is in industrial real estate, focusing on the I-81/78 Industrial Corridor and Greater Philadelphia industrial markets. Within these markets, Stephen has appraised over 100 million square feet of industrial assets. He brings an intimate knowledge of the physical market, and a deep understanding of factors that affect the value of an asset, which is invaluable to his clients. This expertise enables Stephen to advise owners and users of industrial real estate on a more holistic basis. Stephen’s practice also focuses on the automotive real estate sector, having valued over one million square feet for local and national lenders, as well as high profile automobile manufacturers. After four and a half years with CBRE as an industrial and auto-related specialist, Stephen joined Newmark in 2017. Stephen expertly services clients by leveraging Newmark’s robust resources as well as his prior expertise servicing the industry’s most prestigious clients, prominent multinational corporations and institutional investors.
