Stephen Cadorette

Stephen Cadorette is a Director in the Long Island office of C&W, where he is a member of the region’s top-producing team under the leadership of Executive Director, David Pennetta. He provides brokerage services in both leasing and investment sales for primarily office and industrial properties. He has gained experience working on major accounts including the Suffolk County Government account which is one of the Island’s largest. Stephen’s expertise and core competency is office leasing and tenant representation. His experience reaches industrial properties, self-storage development and land development. Prior to joining brokerage services, Stephen worked as an intern for the Cushman & Wakefield Valuation and Appraisal Team. He is a graduate of Babson College, where he majored in real estate and was a member of the President’s Society. Stephen had multiple internships that allowed him to develop a strong background in commercial real estate and understand key metrics that drive commercial valuations. Stephen has experience analyzing various markets, identifying opportunities within those markets and forecasting valuation.
