Stephen Broaddus

After moving to Flagstaff from central Oklahoma in 2010, Stephen got a job cleaning windows where he received a unique training and familiarity of all the neighborhoods in Flagstaff. He graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and pursued a career in real estate immediately after. He specializes in assisting out of town buyers and enjoys using his skills and knowledge of local neighborhoods to help buyers find the areas of Northern AZ to invest and live in that work best for them. He enjoys playing music, writing and creating meaningful connections with his clients while hearing their unique stories from all over the world.
