Stephen Benoit

Stephen Benoit serves as Vice President of Capital Markets & Leasing at Hartz Mountain Industries, a position he assumed in December 2024. Based in New York, he is responsible for acquisitions, capital markets, development, and leasing activities for the regional real estate enterprise, which focuses on industrial and multifamily assets across major East Coast markets, including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Atlanta, Florida, and the Carolinas.
