Stephanie Spivey

Stephanie joined CBRE in 2012 and has worked with both the Charlotte and Chicago Office Agency Leasing Teams. She recently rejoined the Agency Leasing Team in Charlotte and works on a portfolio of over 2.4 million rentable square feet of Class A Office. Prior to joining brokerage in 2014, her career with CBRE began in the Asset Services group with Industrial, Class A Office, and Retail assignments totaling over 3 million square feet.
