Stephanie McCullough joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2024 as Senior Vice President & Managing Principal in the Jacksonville office. Stephanie leads SRS’ tenant and owner services business throughout North Florida and Southern Georgia. Stephanie’s breadth of market knowledge and extensive experience in all phases of retail development and strategic planning have defined her as the leading industry expert in the region. Specializing in real estate advisory services for owners and retailers, Stephanie takes a comprehensive approach tailored to the unique needs of each client and successfully executes strategic initiatives to consistently deliver optimal results and maximize value across her diverse portfolio of clients. Stephanie represents institutional owners, private investors and has successfully implemented multi-market expansion strategies for national, regional and local tenants. Prior to joining SRS, Stephanie lead the North Florida office for The Shopping Center Group (TSCG), where she was Partner & Executive Vice President. She has been named one of Tomorrow’s Leaders in the Southeast by Real Estate Forum, recognized as Jacksonville’s top 40 Under 40 by the Jacksonville Business Journal and consistently achieves recognition as a top producer regionally. Stephanie is a graduate of Florida State University and currently serves as a member of the FSU Trends Conference Committee. Stephanie has been an active member of ICSC since 2007 and previously served on the Board of Directors for Chainlinks Retail Advisors.
