Stephanie Cochran

Stephanie McClain is ARA’s Executive Vice President of Valuations, responsible for overseeing the quarterly valuation process for all assets managed by ARA (140+ assets; $11.4B+ under ARA management). Ms. McClain is also in charge of all the training, support, and integration of ARGUS Enterprise (AE) for the organization. Ms. McClain is well known in the industry as an expert in commercial real estate valuations, an innovator in process improvement initiatives, and an authority in ARGUS Enterprise modeling, implementation, and integration. In 2016, the CEO of Altus Group, Robert Courteau, awarded Ms. McClain with the esteemed “ARGUS Enterprise Champion” Award for her outstanding use and support of ARGUS solutions. Ms. McClain has also served as Vice Chair and Chair of the NCREIF IAVS and on multiple task force projects for the NCREIF Valuation Committee, including the Valuation Guidance Manual Task Force and Valuation Metrics Task Force.
