Stephanie Chitwood
Stephanie Chitwood joined Old Town as Vice President of Finance & Asset Management, focusing on Old Town’s equity and asset growth in the Central Indiana region. Chitwood most recently served as Director, Real Estate Development for The Opus Group, a commercial real estate development, construction and design company headquartered in Minneapolis. Chitwood worked in the Indianapolis office and was responsible for all aspects of new development within the regional markets of Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. Prior to joining Opus, she served for 13 years as Director of House Investments, an Indianapolis based Real Estate Investment Company. During Stephanie's tenure at House Investments, she structured investments in four different opportunity funds totaling more than $110 million and led the company's development affiliate where she managed all aspects of the development process from conception to stabilized occupancy. Chitwood earned her Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University in Real Estate Finance.
