Stefano Ulrich

Stefano Ulrich, originally from Atlanta, studied at Texas Christian University, where he discovered his passion for commercial real estate, particularly in tenant representation. Last summer, he interned at The Woodmont Company, gaining valuable hands-on experience that deepened his interest in the field. Now, as an Associate at Segovia Partners, he is excited to kick off his career in the thriving DFW market, eager to assist clients on both the landlord and tenant sides. In his free time, Stefano enjoys hanging out with friends, watching sports, and playing golf and pickleball.
