A veteran of the industry, Steamer started in the Industrial sector working with the Central Valley Industrial Group "CVIG" specializing in Landlord representation of the largest portfolio in the Sacramento Valley. From there, Steamer pivoted to the management sector to learn the intricacies of retail and office. Soon after, the opportunity to study under his uncle came up, and Steamer jumped at the chance to move to development, investments, personal acquisitions, and finally Mobile Home Parks where he will stay.
