Stanton Englander

With almost 40 years of retail real estate experience, Stanton began his career as a leasing agent at the Sembler Company. He later joined Paragon Group and through its acquisition by Insignia/ESG a publicly REIT, became director of retail leasing. At Insignia-ESG Stanton worked with several institutional landlords including MetLife, Lincoln National, and GE Capital just to name a few. With an opportunity to be involved with the redevelopment/re-purposing of 2 regional malls, he joined Divaris Real Estate. Where, in addition to leasing, Stanton expanded Divaris’ tenant representation footprint on Florida’s West Coast. In 2001 Stanton launched Insite Real Estate and began working with high profile national tenants just entering Florida such as Starbucks, Washington Mutual, Chipotle, Pei Wei, and Jamba Juice. Since then, Insite has been creating and implementing successful retail expansions throughout Florida and has played a leading role in leasing various retail projects from single tenant to regional anchored shopping centers.
