Stan is a 3rd generation El Pasoan, having been involved in the real estate industry since 1984. His experience in the commercial field began with The Brokerage, and CB Richard Ellis for the first 6.5 years. An association with the Karam Company in El Paso for 15 years led to being a principal in Consultants of Real Estate, LLC (2013). Stan’s involvement has been in all aspects of commercial and investment real estate, including seller/landlord representation, buyer/tenant representation and leasing. His experience includes medical and commercial office, office/showroom condominium development, retail, multifamily, industrial, farm & industrial land, investment property offerings.
