Stacy Milburn over a decade of commercial real estate experience spanning all product types. In 2019 she founded Milburn Commercial Partners. Stacy''s special focus and interest lie in commercial investments, particularly multifamily sales however she''s well versed in many types of brokerage and leasing. Stacy was awarded The Trailblazer award in 2016 and in 2017, Stacy earned her CCIM designation. Stacy currently is President Elect for TCAR and serves on NC CCIM's Programs committee. Stacy prides herself in being the real estate arm for her clients not just for one transaction but for their professional lifetime.
