Stacy Milburn is a Senior Advisor with SVN Raleigh. She brings a wealth of commercial real estate knowledge and expertise to the team. With over 20 years of experience, Stacy specializes in investment sales, focusing on industrial, mixed-use, and multifamily assets. She is recognized for her role as amstrategic advisor, helping clients align real estate decisions with long-term business and investment objectives. Throughout her career, Stacy has worked across a diverse range of commercial property types and transaction structures. She represents investors and owner occupants in both acquisitions and dispositions, providing thoughtful guidance at every stage of the process. Her fluency in financial analysis concepts (Discounted Cash Flow, NOI, Cap Rates, Pro Forma Building) allows clients to make informed, data-driven decisions that enhance value and performance. On the leasing side, Stacy successfully markets and executes lease agreements for her investors that ensure a desirable return with solid tenants and lease terms. Stacy previously founded Milburn Commercial Partners, LLC, a boutique commercial real estate firm she established in 2019. Before establishing Milburn Commercial Partners, Stacy spent more than ten years with Millridge Commercial Real Estate, where she served as Broker-in-Charge and Director of Real Estate. In these roles, she led brokerage operations, mentored agents, and contributed to the firm’s overall growth and success. Stacy holds the CCIM designation, demonstrating advanced expertise in commercial investment analysis. She has received multiple industry honors, including the TCAR President’s Circle and Elite Broker Awards. An active leader, she has served on the TCAR Board of Directors, including as President, and remains involved with the NC CCIM community.
