Stacy Menendez

Stacy’s 25-year career in commercial real estate includes expertise in land brokerage, ground-up development, project leasing and tenant representation. She spent 15 years in project development, project management and business development roles prior to brokerage. Having spent half her career as owner/developer and project quarterback, she is well equipped to assist clients while they navigate the development process and pursue accretive revenue opportunities for their real estate investments. Stacy graduated from the University of Florida and now serves on the advisory board for the Bergstrom Real Estate Center. Outside of work, Stacy is a mom to two boys, a wife, the youngest of three sisters and a committed friend. She is a believer in empowering and encouraging others to find their strengths in business and optimize their earning potential. Her favorite things include sunrises in New Smyrna Beach, hot yoga, cooking for others and most of all, time with loved ones.
