Stacy has extensive corporate services experience, including HQ assignments, to assisting start-ups with their local offices in the Orange County and Greater Los Angeles markets. Stacy has been an occupier advocate for his 20-year commercial real estate career and is recognized as a sought after expert in lease negotiations in Orange County. He has completed more than five million square feet of assignments since 1999. Throughout his 17-year career, Mr. Garcia has established himself as a trusted advisor to numerous corporations in all facets of corporate real estate, including: strategy and consultation of complex real estate transactions; site selection; lease negotiation; purchases; sale-leasebacks; financial and cost saving analysis; real estate portfolio and transaction management; and project management. Prior to joining NGKF, Mr. Garcia was a vice president at Travers Realty Corporation. Since beginning his commercial real estate career, Mr. Garcia has completed over 3.5 million square feet in transactions.
