She is based out of the Atlanta, Georgia, office and has created and led a top-performing team (The Gorman Self-Storage Group) covering the Southeast. In 2022, The Gorman Self-Storage Group sold 69 properties totaling over $407 million on sales, representing properties across nine states. Since 2010, Stacey and her team have closed over $1.1 billion in sales. The Gorman Self-Storage Group collectively has over thirty-four years of experience, is licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida and Tennessee, and has members on the boards of the Georgia and Tennessee State Self-Storage Associations. She is considered a trusted advisor to storage owners across the Southeast. Stacey’s knowledge of the Self-Storage industry, her finance and sales background, and her strong work ethic have enabled her to consistently add value for her clients.
