As a former landlord and seasoned real estate professional, Stacey’s insight into property ownership, sales, and management has been instrumental in shaping Admiral Property’s commitment to exceptional client service. She holds a master’s degree in accounting, combining financial acumen with practical industry knowledge. Stacey’s leadership, alongside co-founder Kendall Spewock, has helped Admiral Property grow to manage over $10 million in assets and more than 560 units. Outside of work, she actively supports her community through her involvement with Home For Now homeless shelter and other local service initiatives.
