
Spencer Koch is a real estate professional, dedicated to advising owners across a variety of essential net lease asset types. He specializes in Dialysis Clinics (such as Fresenius, DaVita, American Renal Associates (ARA), U.S. Renal Care), Industrial Distributors, and other National Credit Tenants. Shortly after joining Marcus & Millichap Orlando, he was accepted into the Net Leased Properties Group. His charismatic nature, consistent communication, and sharp focus on growing his business through market expertise, has been integral to building successful client relationships. Spencer attended Long Beach State University, while participating on the golf team as part of their acclaimed NCAA Division 1 sports program. During his two years as a student athlete at Long Beach State University, he had the opportunity to compete alongside some of the best players in the world. It was during this time he gained the skills that shaped his work ethic—discipline, perseverance, and motivation to achieve success. He earned his degree from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor in Human Communication. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Spencer worked as an Outside Account Manager for a national industrial distributor, BlackHawk Industrial. Spencer draws from his wide array of life experiences to bring value to his clients at Marcus & Millichap.
