Spencer started his broker career at Kidder Matthews in 2022 as a runner to senior agent Terry Wilson. Spencer’s focus is on the commercial retail market in the Puget Sound region, specializing in real estate development, redevelopment, project management, budgeting and commercial management of retail shopping centers! Prior to starting at Kidder Matthews, Spencer worked at Kimco Realty directly overseeing and managing property operations of 11 retail shopping centers totaling 2.8 million square feet in California.
