Originally from the South Denver metropolitan area, Spencer has cultivated a deep-seated knowledge about the complex facets of the Colorado market. Coming from a family of real estate and sales professionals, he has developed an enthusiastic and determined mentality toward his profession, while cultivating an extensive knowledge of the multifamily sector Graduating from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder with a B.S.B.A. degree with emphasis in Real Estate and Finance, Spencer looks to employ his vast knowledge of investments and market dynamics to assist clients with meaningful insights and tailored solutions.
