Spencer Green

Spencer is a seasoned real estate professional with a robust background in economic development, industrial development, and brokerage services. Spencer began his real estate career as a broker at a global commercial real estate firm in Atlanta, GA, where he specialized in multi-market tenant representation. Prior to joining Trinity Partners, Spencer was the Economic Development Real Estate Advisor for the City of Columbia. His expertise in market research, financial analysis, and stakeholder relationship management helped influence the city’s real estate decisions. His experience also includes managing the development of approximately 10 million square feet of industrial space during his tenure at Red Rock Developments. Spencer is a Memphis, TN native and graduated from The University of Alabama with a degree in marketing and finance.
