Spencer Enslein

Spencer Enslein has been the CEO of TCII Property Management, Inc. since 2002. Prior to this role Mr. Enslein was a New York Stock Exchange Branch Manager and was in the stock brokerage business for 25 years. Mr. Enslein is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida and started TCII Capital Group, LLC, a commercial real estate brokerage to go along with the property management company. Under Mr. Enslein’s leadership, TCII has expanded the size of its management portfolio. TCII currently manages over one million square feet of space with a combined current market value of over $130 million. Mr. Enslein is responsible for the overall direction and growth of TCII with its clients giving the company the authority to negotiate and administer leases, tenant improvements and property renovations.
