Spencer specializes in retail properties with a focus on site selection, tenant representation, landlord representation, and acquisition/disposition. Since joining Trammell Crow Company in 2005 as a market analyst in Raleigh, North Carolina, he has continued to build a valuable base of knowledge of the Triangle real estate market. After a position in Transaction Management on CBRE’s corporate BB&T account, Spencer transitioned into a brokerage role, representing BB&T in retail site selection and relocations for the eastern half of North Carolina. Spencer’s relationship management skills and determination are key to the success he has had with CBRE.
