Spence Daw

Spence Daw began his commercial real estate career in February of 2012, focusing on leasing and sales in the Baltimore/Washington corridor. Spence represents institutional owners and private owners throughout the corridor, with a specific focus on Columbia/Town Center. In addition to representing owners, Spence specializes in property identification and contract negotiation for tenants and buyers in the Baltimore/Washington Corridor. Prior to joining NAI KLNB in June of 2013, Spence was a leasing/sales agent for Manekin, LLC, where he represented clients in Baltimore, DC, and everywhere in between.
