Current Responsibilities Soroush Aboutalebi is involved in all aspects of strategic positioning and leasing initiatives for the Agency team’s institutional clients. Experience Soroush joined the Silicon Valley Agency Leasing team in 2022 after serving as a city planner for 5 years, most recently with the City of Mountain View. At the City, Soroush was responsible for development review of residential, commercial, and industrial projects, most notable being 400 San Antonio Road (The Dean) and the Google Landings office campus. Soroush also engaged in long range planning: as project manager for the City’s SB743 implementation effort, he led a team in writing policy to reduce vehicle miles traveled (VMT) and greenhouse gas emissions in the City. Prior to graduate school, Soroush worked for Sunrun and Apple in sales, business development, and public policy roles. Education and Affiliations Soroush graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a BS in environmental science and with a Master of City and Regional Planning. Soroush now holds a California Real Estate Sales Agent License and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). Soroush has long been involved with CSDF/Camp Wonder, a non-profit organization for children, to which he credits his passion for leadership. Soroush cherishes the outdoors, loves all forms of exercise, and enjoys domestic and international travel with his loved ones.
