Soraya Diaz

Soraya S. Diaz is both a tax credit and occupancy specialist who has served CARING Housing Ministries for 29 years, formally as the assistant vice president. Today, she utilizes her years of accounting, budget development, community management and operations experience to oversee the day-to-day operations for all CARING Housing Ministries communities. Her wide-ranging responsibilities include interpreting and implementing regulatory occupancy requirements and managing our talented team of occupancy, fiscal specialists and building engineers.
