Sophie Roe

Sophie Roe is an investment advisor based out of Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office. She specializes in the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial properties, with a focus on Delaware and Chester County. Sophie also serves as a member of the NAIOP. Her strong communication skills, diligent approach and ability to build lasting relationships allow her to excel in her advisory services. Before joining Marcus & Millichap in 2024, Sophie worked in the music industry, focusing on licensing and income tracking. Her diverse background equips her with a unique perspective, allowing her to address her clients’ needs with precision and care. Originally from Media, Pennsylvania, Sophie earned her MBA in Real Estate Development and Management from Drexel University.
