Sophie Huimin Tsai

Sophie Huimin Tsai joined CapStar Commercial Realty as a property manager in 2012. She was responsible for managing all aspects of 30+ day-to-day operation of over 400,000 SF of various properties, including retail, industrial, office, condominium and residential. ? By leveraging her experience in property management, Sophie further extended her service to brokerage for local and international clients. She is capable of diverse functions including tenant representation, landlord representation, and acquisitions of various types of properties. With a decade of experience, Sophie has closed over $85 million in sales and leasing transactions. Sophie’s strengths include financial evaluation, negotiation, due diligence, and providing leasing and management solutions, assisting clients to secure investment opportunities and maximize value. As a 2017 CCIM designee and a 2023 CPM designee, Sophie is committed to continual professional growth. She is currently a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. She also continues to oversee the property management team. ? Prior to her career in real estate, Sophie had years of experience in banking and earned her M.S in Business in Finance from the University of Maryland. In her spare time, Sophie enjoys running and playing badminton, and spending time with her husband and newborn son.
