Sonya Schmidt, a Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services Group has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing exclusively in the representation of tenants and occupiers of commercial space. Her service specialties include strategic and financial consulting, transaction management, lease negotiations/restructuring, and acquisition and disposition of commercial assets. During her career, Ms. Schmidt has completed over $200 million in commercial real estate transactions beginning at Grubb & Ellis Co. (now NGKF), where she served as Associate Vice President in the Office Services Group, and prior to CBRE, as Managing Director at Savills Studley, focusing solely on the representation of corporate occupiers.
