Sofya Zarubin

Originally from Kazakhstan, I moved to Virginia Beach over ten years ago, falling in love with the classy blend of city and beach life. My love for real estate runs deep; I purchased and remodeled my first home at age 23, and sold it five years later for almost double of the original price. I earned my Associate of Science cum laude from TCC with a major in Business Administration and currently working on my bachelor's degree at Regent University. During my free time I enjoy visiting many of the cultural venues with my family and friends, staying active by participating in athletic events, and, of course, spending time with my husband and son.
