Sneha Shaji, is a commercial broker with The Wooten Group at Marcus & Millichap in Bethesda, MD, focused exclusively on representing sellers and buyers of investment properties throughout the Washington DC metro area. Sneha focuses primarily on mixed-use developments, multifamily residences, land development projects, and church sales. As a part of The Wooten Group, Sneha has navigated complex transactions, from overcoming zoning variances and TOPA challenges, to addressing tenant issues and creating innovative financing solutions for her clients. Before joining Marcus & Millichap in December 2022, Sneha served as a Full-Time Transaction Coordinator and residential Agent at Long & Foster.
