Snappy Jacobs, CCIM started as a Commercial Real Estate generalist in New Orleans in 1984. During 1990 - 2001 Snappy was Vice President and Trust Officer, and Manager of the Hibernia National Bank Trust Real Estate Group. Snappy Jacobs, CCIM Real Estate Management, LLC was started in 2002 to serve as a high service, relationship - based real estate resource for a select group of clients, including corporate clients, individual investors, and family partnerships. Snappy and his staff handle all property types in Baton Rouge, New Orleans ,and South Louisiana, and concentrates efforts on behalf of those long-term relationships.
