After graduating from Indiana State University in Terre Haute, Indiana, with a degree in Business Management, Skip entered the sales field and quickly became the National Sales Champion in a direct sales company, with a sales force of over 30,000. But his real interest was to return home to Dayton with family and enter the World of Real Estate. This level of sales experience helped Skip hone the “personal side” of real estate, sales and development, where his real interest lies. Skip’s Clients become long-term friends and some, future business partners.
