Over the years, Mr. Lane has represented a wide range of office and retail clients from 150,000-sf box stores to 100,000-sf Class-A office tenants. This includes Wal-mart, Best Buy, Oxford Healthcare, Preferred Healthcare, Guinness North America, The North Face, Longchamp, Walgreens, Hollywood Video, Applebee’s, Wendy’s, Citibank, Better Bedding, Venture Studios and the United States Postal Service.
