Simranjit Kaur joined Lee & Associates in early 2026 with a well-rounded background in commercial real estate, bringing experience in sales, leasing, and property management to the Greater Tacoma area. Simranjit will be focusing on industrial property leasing and sales from the Kent Valley South through Olympia. Prior to joining the firm, she worked with KW Commercial, where she represented both landlords and tenants across office, retail, and industrial properties. Her hands-on involvement in deal negotiations and day-to-day operations gave her a comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate landscape. Simranjit holds a Business degree in Accounting from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, which equips her with strong financial acumen and a strategic outlook on asset performance.
