Simon Vogt

Simon Vogt, SIOR joined Kidder Mathews’ Pleasanton office as a senior vice president in 2023, bringing nearly two decades of industry experience and specializing in leasing and sales of office and flex space. Prior to Kidder Mathews, he was a principal at Lee & Associates in the East Bay. Simon began his career working for a real estate-driven private equity firm as a financial analyst managing part of an investment portfolio, allowing him a unique perspective when advising his clients.
