Simon Rubin

Committed to client service and professionalism, Simon Rubin is the leader of Insite Commercial’s property management division. His responsibilities include financial administration, property oversight and business development for Insite Property Management. Attention to detail and analytics are Simon’s strong suits. He has a deep knowledge of the industry, as well as many years of first-hand experience in real estate investing and management. Simon joined the Insite team in early 2018. He came from a research background, not only in his academic career, but also as a project director at a well-known market research firm. His path towards real estate started with value-added investing in the Detroit area, as well as Toledo. Since joining Insite, he has taken his research experience and applied it to investment underwriting and market analysis for various transactions and clients. Simon graduated from Arizona State University with degrees in both Psychology and Tourism Development. Simon is currently working on achieving a CCIM designation, which would formally recognize him as an expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. He also currently sits on the Zoning Board of Appeals for Sylvan Lake, Michigan.
