Simon Lowes

Simon has been a full-time active licensed commercial real estate broker in the Pacific Northwest since 1996. Originally from England, where he studied business and journalism, he has developed expertise in investment sales; representing buyers and sellers in fulfilling long-term investment goals. He also has extensive experience in leasing - where he has successfully worked with tenants and landlords to optimize strategic needs and asset value - multi-family and land acquisition transactions. Simon is a member of the Central Oregon Commercial Investment Division and is a CCIM designee. Simon, who lives in Bend, with his wife and two young children, graduated in business studies from Northumbria University, England, in 1984.
