Simon Lewis

Northmarq is the largest privately owned real estate advisory firm in the country, with around 50 offices nationwide. He is a part of a 5-person team within our commercial group that works closely with private equity firms, investment banks, institutional investors, and family & founder owned businesses. We focus on two main areas: helping manage the real estate tied to M&A and raising capital through sale leaseback strategies. These deals often help companies unlock capital to reinvest in the business, reduce debt, or fund growth.
