Simon joined Hurst Warne in 2018 from BNP Paribas Real Estate where he had worked for 13 years. He previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield for 5 years. Although Simon works across a variety of sectors including residential, retail and industrial, he has predominantly focused on office agency across the South East advising both landlord and occupier clients on acquisitions, disposals, sales and development.
